Extras

  • Extra Disk Space $10/1GB per annum
  • Extra Newsletters $0.01/email, charged in 1,000 increments
  • Extra SMS $10/month per additional 50 SMS
  • Extra users $50/month per additional 10 users
  • Excess traffic charged at $1/1GB

Notes

  1. Setup Fee does not include custom template designs or HTML E-mail template designs. Setup fee includes setup of client approval workflows, POP E-mail setup and a customer enquiry form. It also includes two hours of live tech support via web conference or phone and unlimited E-mail and forum support.

  4. Ignite reserves the right to change products options/pricing as found on the pricing page. Customers will be notified of changes to pricing and/or terms of EUA through master e-mail address on file
  5. Customers can cancel a site with 30-days notice.
  6. Hosting Plans are charged for in advance each month. A credit card must be provided for automatic billing for every site.
  7. 10% discount is only applicable if membership/hosting is purchased on annual basis.
  8. Lead-in products can not be combined, any customer wishing to upgrade must do so to an IgniteBusiness plan
  9. Each user account is equivalent to one email mailbox for plans with POP support. Unlimited aliases can be setup for each mailbox.
  10. Admin user account cannot be removed from a site
  11. Web Apps, Bookings and Ad Campaign features only available in IgniteBusiness plans
  12. Monthly allocation of email newsletter, SMS and traffic quota expire at the end of each month.
